SHIPPING POLICY –Unless the customer requests otherwise, The Airport Safety Store ships UPS Ground prepaid and adds the charge to the customer’s invoice or credit card charge.  However, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, a "Common Carrier" such as FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, Yellow, Frames or USF Holland will be selected to speed delivery to you.

TRUCK DELIVERIES - TRUCK DELIVERIES - Standard truck shipping is “curbside delivery” to a commercial address, which means the customer is responsible for getting the shipment into their building. Please be aware that if your delivery is to a residential address or if the truck driver takes the shipment into the building for you, there is the possibility that the trucking company will charge more for that shipment. In these cases, The Airport Safety Store will charge the customer for these increased shipping charges. When ordering, please note if your shipment is to a residential address or if you require an inside delivery. Also, you must be present to sign for your truck shipment so either a) plan accordingly or b) specify when you cannot be there to receive your shipment (i.e. “No Receiving Hours on Mondays”). Please note that if you do not specify receiving times/days and the trucking company attempts to deliver but you are either not there or are unable to receive your shipment, there will be a Re-Delivery Charge added to your order or invoice.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY – If you require expedited delivery, please call 1-800-678-6929 to confirm that we can meet your delivery needs and obtain a freight quote.

RETURNS - Within 30 days of the date of receipt by the customer, “returnable items” may be returned for full refund, less the original cost of shipping from The Airport Safety Store to the customer. If you wish to make a return, please call 1-800-678-6929 to receive an authorization number and an address where you can ship the merchandise. Return items must be in new and unused condition. We cannot issue refunds for any product that has been installed or used in any way

Also please note:

1) Some items are not returnable under any circumstances.  These are;

a) traffic cones with custom stenciling
b) safety vests with custom lettering
c) custom signs
d) water filled barricades
e) hearing protection (sanitary considerations)

When ordering these items, please confirm their suitability for your needs before placing your order.  Our Sales Associates will be happy to answer any questions and, if necessary, arrange for proofs or samples prior to placing your order.

2)   On items that are returnable, the customer is responsible for shipping the item in new, unused condition to The Airport Safety Store.
