      UPDATE! I was contacted less than an hour after writing the original review by a Traffic Safety Representative. They were genuinely concerned about my problem and were more than happy to replace the items. I told them that it was not necessary, but they insisted because they left the warehouse in new position. I received my new speed bumps and they are in excellent new condition. I am very pleased! I cant believe that there is a company out there that has such a passion for their customers! I will definitely order through this company in the future! Give them a try! Customer Service is the most important aspect in my opinion, and they get an A++!! Thanks Original Review: The two 12' speed bumps arrived very quickly after I ordered them. The reason I am so disappointed is because both speed bumps have many gouges and scratches on the upper surface. If they were on the bottom, I would not have an issue since this would not be seen. But they are very visible on the tops and sides. I consider them damaged, but there is little I can do because I do not want a hassle of shipping these back only to get ones of the same condition back. Others may not care about the looks of these, but they should arrive in new condition in my opinion.

      Mike was very professional and willing to go the extra mile to help expedite our shipment, to our Condominium complex. If we ever need more speed bumps I would certainly order from Traffic Safety Store
