We bought these as a parent project for our little school. Parents were pulling too far forward and either damaging their bumpers on the sidewalk or crowding out the space for the kiddos to walk in. We bought these and installed (on asphalt) them with a small crew of volunteers. It takes about 1 man-hour to install 4 of these, so with our small crew we knocked out the whole (admittedly small) parking lot in just over an hour. These can be installed on asphalt without pre-drilling, but pre-drilling definitely makes it easier to hammer them in.

I found this item online and felt that it would meet the needs of my church so I bought it. Our church parking lot has concrete parking blocks, but was one short. The nice thing about this block is its light weight (40 pounds) and easy installation with its 4-12-inch spikes. I would recommend this product and this seller to anyone.

Good except that a 1/4 of the hardware was missing. Ordered four rubber stops which should have had four bags of hardware but there were only three. We had to use three bolts/anchors per stop for a total of twelve instead of all four for a total of sixteen.

The tire stops were priced right, delivered as scheduled and the product satisfactory; however, the tire stop packaging contained the wrong length anchor/lag bolts, (i.e., too long). After drilling and setting the anchors in the concrete driveway I discovered the bolts were too long, I purchased shorter bolts finished the installation and the items are performing as advertised.
